About the room:
Location: Room 114, by the info center HF, 1. floor Sydnesplass 12/13. (See Mazemap
This is a MS Team room. You should not use the desktop PC to connect the meeting. Create a regular MS Teams meeting and add "Videoroom-HF" via "Location". Start the meeting via the panel in the room.
