Employees at UiB have access to the rooms using their access cards between 0700 and 2000 monday-friday. If you are a first time user we reccomend that you try your access card in good time ahead of the conference. If you for some reason don't have access to the room with your card, you should contact the [http://www.uib.no/eia/en/field-of-work/card-centre Card Centre].
  
UiB employees have access to the room with their key card and code betwenn 7 AM and 8 PM Monday to Friday. For conferences outside of these hours, appointment must be made to borrow a special key card from the IT Department.
 
  
Video conference usage should normally rely on self service. If prior instruction or assistance during the conference is required, please reember to appint this well in advance. The user's epartment must be prepared to cover any overtime costs incurred from assistance outside of office hours.

The equipment in the room is a Tandberg Profile 6000 MXP codec. This can connect up to six participants, including our own room.

To book a video conference room, please visit this site: videoconference.uib.no. Please type in the name and telephone number for the UiB-user when booking a room. This can be done using the title field when booking.


Employees at UiB have access to the rooms using their access cards between 0700 and 2000 monday-friday.
